Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using FitPossible ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
FitPossible is a wellness and fitness tracking application only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any diet, exercise, or fasting program
- Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or tracked in this App
- If you experience any adverse health effects, stop using the App and consult a medical professional immediately
- The App is not suitable for individuals with eating disorders or certain medical conditions
Use of the Service
You agree to use FitPossible only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
- Use the App to transmit malware or harmful code
- Collect or harvest user data without authorization
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our consent
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the App.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the App, including progress photos and data entries. By submitting content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the service.
You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by FitPossible and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
The "Mission Impossible" theme and related imagery are used for stylistic purposes. FitPossible is not affiliated with any film franchise.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitPossible and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App
- Any health issues or injuries related to diet, exercise, or fasting activities
- Any decisions made based on information provided by the App
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FitPossible and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
